Please notice that curriculum vitae, certificates, cover letters or other documents that you provide for the purpose of application in particular can also contain especially sensitive data.

Hence, we urgently recommend you not to provide any information about following sensitive topics:

  • religious or philosophical convictions
  • membership in a trade union or political party
  • physical or spiritual health

E-Mail-Communications and Newsletter

Once you provide us an e-mail address, we communicate with you through it. Your e-mail address will be shared with third parties outside Keil Business Solutions only with your permission.
If you want to receive our newsletter, we need your e-mail address and other personal data that helps us to legitimately identify you.

Your candidate-qualification profile, which is stored in the candidate data bank of Keil Business Solutions GmbH will be made available to potential employers or project suppliers (in the following “supplier”) in form of a file. Potential suppliers thereby have the possibility to read your candidate-qualification profile and to make a selection according to certain criteria. The candidate-qualification profile serves the purpose of presenting you to a supplier with the goal of your landing a project or a permanent employment through Keil Business Solutions GmbH. In each case you´re the one to decide which personal data you want to transmit to a potential supplier before or after we announce them to you. We cannot take any responsibility for the confidential and fair data protection treatment of your transmitted data, in particular personal data, by potential suppliers. Please note this especially when you provide a personal data for candidate-qualification profile, other data for the purpose of your presentation and before you release any data to a potential supplier.

Contract implementation

Within the framework of fulfilling the terms of the contract can be necessary to transmit your personal data to involved enterprises and the bank commissioned with the payment. A transmission of these personal data to third parties, for any other purpose, does not occur.
